Can I change my order afterwards?
As long as we haven't started shipping, this is usually possible. Please contact us as soon as possible via email.

Can I use or resell your products commercially?
No, our product are for private use only. Commercial use or resale is not permitted.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Typically 2–4 business days within Germany – the exact delivery time is listed with each product.

Do you also ship internationally?
Currently only within Germany. If you would like to order from abroad, please write to us – we might find a solution.

What are the shipping costs?
For orders over 49€ value, we ship free of charge within Germany. Below that, we charge:

Small package: 4.30€

Package: 6.40€

Large package: 7.90€


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return items?
You can return products within 14 days. You bear the return shipping costs yourself.

How do returns work?
Please email us your order number in advance – we will explain everything else.

Are digital products excluded from exchange?
Yes, digital products are excluded from exchange.

You can pay with PayPal, Klarna, credit card or instant bank transfer – all payments are processed by secure providers.
